Please treat the space as you would your own. Kindly wash any used dishes before check-out.

Help us conserve energy 🌱 Please turn off the aircon, lights, and the TV when leaving the unit.
🚫 No Vandalism
Please do not damage or deface anything in the unit or shared condo spaces (like hallways, elevators, or amenities). Any damage may result in charges and possible reports to building security or Airbnb.
🔐 Security & Keys
Close the door whenever you leave.
📦 Lost & Damaged Items
We are not responsible for personal items left behind after check-out. If found, we’ll do our best to notify you and arrange for their return (shipping at guest’s expense).
Any lost or damaged items inside the unit (e.g., towels, linens, appliances, décor, etc.) will be charged based on replacement value.
